Every visitor to your site uses up a little bandwidth and when there are a lot of visitors your bandwidth usage also is proportionally high. Putting up huge files for download is the fastest way to deplete your bandwidth while running static websites and blogs is the slowest way. Make sure that you don’t run out of bandwidth since your site will not be displayed.
